Alpine Site Services was established in 2016.

Alpine is a Family owned business that is based on the North Shore of Vancouver. They love their city and have found joy in operating a local business and getting to meet other local entrepreneurs and homeowners.

What We Do

We transport and dispose of Asbestos or Asbestos Containing Material (ACM).
We offer a Bin Service or a Bag Service.
The contractor loads the bin or the bags.
We transport it to an appropriate disposal facility.

Our Process

Contractor or homeowner would test for Asbestos or Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) before doing any demolition.
If the test comes back positive for Asbestos, it should be removed from the premises by a certified professional, but it must be disposed of by licensed specialists like us.
Once the asbestos is removed from your premise, you would contact us to arrange one of our disposal services.
Safe work practices for handling Asbestos waste must be double bagged in 6mil bags. Bags then must be goosed, necked, tied and sealed with duct tape.
Alpine will provide the Manifest for the transportation of the Asbestos. The paperwork is charged to the client. We will fill out the majority of information but do require a signature of a manager on site from the Removal company, or from the Homeowner.
Once properly and safely loaded, we would schedule a pick-up time.
Lab Test must be on site with a hard copy to give to the driver.
We then take it to the appropriate disposal facility.

Bin Service

We will drop off a bin/container and once you have loaded it up, we will pick up and dispose of.

Bag Service

You can use any construction based 6 millimetre bag that must be properly tied. We will pick up and dispose of.

What is your pricing structure?
What licenses and certificates do you have?

We are Licensed by the BC Ministry of Forests, Land, Natural Resources Operations and Rural Development. We have to go through a lengthy process to get approved. We must have a very detailed Contingency Plan in place that is approved by them.
We also have to pass a Test to show knowledge for Hazardous Materials, we also must have a Level 3 First Aid on staff as well.

Once picked up we will either send it to the Vancouver Landfill if it is only ACM (Must be booked with Landfill 24hrs prior to Disposal) or if it is Asbestos Drywall then we will transport it to Alberta. We have a trailer so we will transport 2 Bins at a time to Alberta. Once disposed of the Landfill will fill out a part of the Manifest and its copy will be sent to the Ministry. We will keep our copies for any issues.
